We want you to be happy and satisfied with your i’CoolCollection™ products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee; if you are not completely satisfied with your i’cool™ product within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund or exchange.
Because we strongly believe in the quality, design and craftsmanship of our products all i’cool™ products come with a TWO YEAR manufacture warranty.
If your product has a manufacturing defect in the workmanship or material the product will be replaced at no charge for the customer except the return-shipping fee.
If the product is discontinued at the time of warranty replacement, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of comparable quality.
Warranty does not include zippers, stitching and normal wear and tear of the product.
Warranty begins on day of purchase.
For an exchange due to a shipping or fulfillment error, such as the wrong product(s) being sent, i’cool™ will provide a return shipping label.
Any exchange/return outside of the policy will be reviewed and customers may be subject to shipping charges and/or credit towards another purchase.
Only items purchased from the i’cool™ website will be accepted. We cannot accept merchandise returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers.
All orders will include an informational sheet on returns/exchanges and warranty claims.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
Please make sure to pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. Please include the information sheet/receipt you received with your purchase in the return package.

Packages must be sent through a traceable shipping method and must be prepaid. We do not accept COD. We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.
Once your return has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post any transaction from us to your account.
If your i’cool™ order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we request that you refuse the delivery. If the shipment has been accepted and the customer finds shipping damage, it is requested that the customer contact i’CoolCollection™ using the contact information included with the order.
